In this video, you'll discover common causes of headaches.

If you suffer from headaches, you are not alone.  According to the World Health Organization, almost half of the adult population will have at least one headache every year.  Frequently, most headache sufferers will suffer headaches anywhere from daily, to weekly, to monthly.

Common Headaches that we see and treat in our clinic include:

  • Migraine Headaches
  • Tension-Type Headaches
  • Cervicogenic Headaches

Successful treatment and reduction of headaches generally takes a multi-faceted approach.  First, is identifying the type of headache that you are experiencing, and it is not uncommon to suffer from more than one type of headache.  Once this is narrowed down, we can take an in-depth look in finding the triggers.  Most common headaches that we see on a day-to-day basis involve triggers in the musculoskeletal system at the base of the head, in the front and back of the neck, across the shoulders, and even into the upper torso including the upper part of your back.  Once we identify these triggers, we can develop an appropriate treatment plan both clinically as well as home care.

If you are suffering from headaches and want to find answers, schedule a consultation with one of our doctors.  It may be the best phone call you ever made.
